I’m always on the look out for new and interesting Ad Networks sense I started this site to give the readers an idea of some of the companies out there they can make money with and I have found another network worthy to give a test run to. There are always a few things I look at before signing up for a network so I took a few days and looked around AdToll to get a feel for there system, to see how easy it was to get started and how much could possibly be made using they system, along with reading others ideas on the services. I think AdToll could be a excellent network to be a part of. I did not want to rush into reviewing this site; for one I did a lot of reviews on sites when I started and wanted to cut back some, and two I wanted to see if money could be generated easily though AdToll.

What is Adtoll?
For those that have not tried AdToll or have not taken the time to look in the the site AdToll is a ad network that lets you sell ads on your site and market your site as well. AdToll allows you to earn money by setting your own ad price, along with Run of Network ad that are PPC, with a 75% revenue share.
As a publisher you not only can you set the price of your ads you can select which ads to approve on your site, so once you have and advertiser you have up to 24 hours to deny the ad to be show on your site if you do not think it is appropriate. You have complete control over what can be shown on your site with three ad ratings: ‘Safe’, ‘Safe & Teen’, and ‘Adult’ and you can also select what type of industries you would not prefer to have displayed on your site, so if you do not want medical ads you simply check off “Pharmaceuticals”.
The cleaner the better i always say:
The first thing I like is there site layout, it’s nice, clean and the control panel is very user-friendly. This made me think AdToll has to be fairly decent. I read though there FAQ and other information and took a few seconds to sign up. Once I was signed up and submitted my site of approval which only took a few minutes. I took some time to play around with the service and found it really simple to understand and get ads on to my site without a lot of fuss. The stats are in real-time also and makes keeping up with your clicks and ad views simple, unlike other ad networks where you have to wait 30-60 mins. to get your stats.
Is it easy to sign up and get approved? Yes, sign-up is fast and easy. Most sites are approved instantly and AdToll dose not have a minimum page rank or traffic requirements for signing up. Which is great if you are just starting out or have fallen back a few page ranks. Most sites are approved if you provide good content to your readers and you post regularly. Once you are signed up you can start earning money.
Hey that’s easy:
Setting up the ads to run on your site is really straight forward. You create a new campaign, select the Ad Format, how many ads that you will allow to rotate with in the ad pool (the maximum is 30), a brief description of where the ad is going to appear on your site, and the price of the ad per week. You can set the price to what you think is appropriate for your site or you can use the autopricing that will determine the the price for you based on the ad format, current bookings, and expected clicks. Autopricing will adjust as these elements change with your ad.
Another good thing is you do not have to include the “Powered by Adtoll” it’s completely optional. Once you have your ad up and running then you will start to receive emails once someone buys an ad space, which may take a few days and will depend greatly on your price and other aspects like ad placement and your traffic.
Ad Formats Available:
Text Ad
Full banner – 468×60
Skyscraper – 120×600
Button – 120×90
Button – 120×60
Micro Button – 88×31
Leaderboard – 728×90
Square Button – 125×125
Square Button – 100×100
Wide Skyscraper – 160×600
Vertical Banner – 120×240
Small Square – 200×200
Video Ad – 300×250
Another nice feature I have noticed is the rate card that all the publishers have and they are all public. The rate card provides advertisers the pricing of your ads and your Alexa ranking. The rate card is pretty useful even to other publishes to get a good idea of what others are charging for a certain ad format with in there niche or Alexa ranking.
Referral Plans:
I think that AdToll has a nice referral plan overall. You can be paid for referring Publishers and advertisers, and the commission is not to shabby either.
For each Advertiser you refer, you will earn a 20% commission on profit for each Ad Booking they make for the first 90 days of their membership. For each Publisher you refer, you will earn a 10% commission on profit for each Ad Booking they receive for the first 365 days of their membership.
Payment Plans:
You have four options for payout including; Cheque, PayPal, Wire/Bank Transfer or Account Credit. With a minimum payment of $20 for PayPal, $40 for check and $1,000 for wire transfers. If you are in the publisher and advertising programs you have the options to transfer your earnings as account credits. Payments are on the 15th of every month for the previous month’s earnings.
Now you get the idea:
Over all I think AdToll has a good thing going. I think it is worth a try to see how it goes, they seem to have a lot of great features and the site is easy to sign-up for, get approved, easy to use and create ad campaigns, and best of all make money. I think AdToll will go pretty far, I was sceptical at first to try them, but I have to say I am happy I am giving them a try. With no traffic requirements I’m sure there will be a lot of sites that will find this a great place to start earning some income, also bigger sites as well.
