Well today is my birthday. I turn 26. Not really doing much for today probably going out later tonight and celebrating it on Monday with friends. Still been a busy weekend. My daughter had two birthday parties to go to and I spent the weekend doing things with her. I have not had much time to write anything for the weekend. Yesterday I had a guest post and hope you all enjoyed it. For today I though I would write a bit of a different post and give some link love for the day.

10 Things You May Not Know About Me.

They are not in any particular order and are just 10 random things that came to mind at the time of writing this. I hope it give a little more transparency to my readers. Might be something to add to my About Page at some point.

1: I was born in Florence County, South Carolina (If you don’t know where that is.. 45 mins inland from the beach, most everyone knows of myrtle beach.)

2: If I had to choose another career besides Visual Communications it would be something in Zoology or Wildlife Conservation, Maybe even Photography.

3: I hate the snow but I live up north in Pennsylvania.

4: I’m a big fan of surreal art. I <3 Dali.

5: I’m big on delta blues. If one form of music could fit my life it would be the blues, and I’m not a sad, depressed person. Go check out some Son House or Robert Johnson.

6: I would much rather be outdoors or hiking than sitting at a desk all day or working indoors. (Got to get me a laptop this year)

7: I rarely drink but my beer of choice is Guinness, Wine (though one) White Merlot, and Spirits would be Vodka or Everclear. I would really like to try Absinthe.

8: I find it hard to get use to a lot of the new foods I have come to find in Pennsylvania. I’m from the south Give me something FRIED. And o yeah.. BBQ up here is NOT REAL BBQ. Sorry. I had to get that out.

9: I have 3 Turtles and 2 Axolotl Salamanders, and I have kept a lot of different reptiles and amphibians. I like cats and dogs as long as they are someone else’s.

10: My birthday is Feb. 24th. If you haven’t figured it out yet.
