Sorry for there being no real post for today, I do have a guest post over at Generalmarketingblog, the link will be towards the bottom of the page so feel free to check it out. I will be kinda out for the beginning of this week and going to be fairly busy as I have some things to get done. Most of which should have been done at the end of last week, but blah FedEx for that one. I have to say almost everytime I have used that company to have something delivered something always goes wrong. Does anyone actually work at this place? An don’t get me started on the “great customer service” they have.

Got to love FedEx

I happen to order a new radiator for my car last Tuesday with 2 day delivery though FedEx and definitely needed to t it put in by yesterday as I have a lot of running around to do Monday and Tuesday. So great I got the delivery confirmation should be here Friday. Well Friday came and went. And I was wondering where is my package. A nice little email to FedEx customer support and a few mins later I get a response saying that my package was rerouted to the wrong location and will not be delivered till Monday. An then I have to reply with a not so nice email saying that hey that’s not my fault I would like the package upgraded or something so that it gets here sometime Saturday. The happily reply with “We do not deliver on Saturday, it will be there the following Monday”. When did FedEx not deliver on Saturday? That’s a new one on me.

Hell UPS never minds delivering on Sat. By now I’m fairly pissed off and give them a call. “Sir we are sorry but the package was delivered to a shipping facility that is not open on Saturday and you are unable to go pick it up or have it delivered until Monday”. Well thanks for nothing. Guess next time I will stay far away from ordering anything that uses FedEx as this is not the 1st time my package has been delayed or lost by them.

Anyways I don’t usually do many rant post, but seems to be a lot of things happening this past few days an I needed to blow off some steam. It’s good to get that out and maybe see if anyone else has had any major problems with this company. I know they are not getting my business anymore. Why pay for a service they cannot guarantee.
