February has finally come to and end and marks the two months of Blogtomic.com. Seems like it has been a long month and a lot of work to keep posting on schedual and doing some new projects here and there on the side like Playcraving.com and TheSEOtree.com sense I am expanding on a few ideas and not putting all my eggs in one basket, if you caught my post of making money with alternative sites. February was a good month and stepped up a lot from January as for as stats and income has doubled so that is a good thing. They are better than last month but still a bit off from the goals for the month I had set. I have even dropped a few ad services or put them on the back burner for now as they were not generating any income as far as I could tell.

The stats are holding pretty well and have increases double from last month. The site is doing around 300-600+ visitors a day with 6,036 unique visitors and 9,965 total. Which is what I was atleast hoping for. Maybe this effect will keep on in to March and months to come.

Blogtomic.com Earnings for Feb. 2008
The numbers are still not that impressive, but they have doubled+ from Jan. were I only made $33.52. My goal is to reach at-least $650 a month and seems like a big goal, but this will at-least cover my monthly rent and anything over that to hopefully put some away for my daughters college and have money to do things with her. I’m not one to worry with fancy cars or big houses, quite happy with not living rich and famous. I was hoping for atleast $100 for my goal this month an cut it shout by $30, but as I said it was still double from last month and who can complain money is money.

The list is a little shorter than last month as I have decided to drop a few AD Networks for the time being those being Linkworth, Bidvertiser and Widgetbucks. Though they are all nice services I though it best to cut the ones I was not seeing much progress with and will try a few others in months to come to replace those.

Spending:

• New Domains: $20

I think this month I may focus alittle more of paid advertising as I have not done much with it and a little bit of money can go along ways. Entrecard is almost all that I use to buy ad links and ad spots, which works out well for a free resource.

Next Month:
March is coming up and I hope the stats and income atleast double from there standings now as they did in Feb. Getting started seems to be a log of hard work and you have to put a lot of time in effort into it. I hope to start checking out a few Pay-Per-Post services if you caught my post yesterday on Getting started with PPP, we shall see how that goes. Better luck next month.

Been thinking:
I may drop my post rate down some to like 4-5 a week trying to keep up with 7 post a week especially when my daughter is over is a bit hard. Either that are I am going to search for a few guest post or do interviews, link love on these 2-3 days, maybe a weekly report on each Sunday or something. Just a few ideas to think about.

Design:
I touched up the layout and rearranged a few things around the middle of the month on the site and did some cleaning up. This may take place again soon if I have time away from other projects, but for now I think I’m some what content with the site as it is now.
